While many of us sleep peacefully, according to Foodbank Hunger Report 2024 around 3.7 million Australian households are struggling to get food on the table. The stress this causes for families is heartbreaking.
Understanding this, we at Sydney Community Group made a commitment: No Family Should Go Hungry.
We supported the Addi Road Community and donated essential food items. Throughout the year, we’ve also provided clothing and vital supplies to vulnerable families.
We took a step further by partnering with Our Big Kitchen, cooking and packing 100 nutritious meals for families in need. These are just a few steps we’ve taken to make a difference — and all of this has been possible thanks to your donations.
